Trio Offset Prepress are continually updating to stay ahead of the ever changing printing environment. Our Prepress studio currently boasts 4 Intel Macs running the latest versions of all industry software, with operators working double-day
shifts.

Files can be received as PDF or raw art files (Quark, InDesign, Illustrator, Word etc.) We have 2 CTP lines, running Heidelberg Printready workflow outputting to 2 Heidelberg Suprasetters, encompassing all sizes from B5 to B1. Colour proofs are output to one of two (Epson and HP) high end proofers.

As part of Trio Offset’s ongoing commitment to the environment and recently being awarded the ISO 9001 and 14001 standards, all presses now only run Processless plates, thus eliminating all harmful and hazardous chemicals from the Prepress department.
