Our latest investment enables us to print double sided 4 colour artwork in a single pass.

Traditionally, a 100,000 print run would consist of printing 100,000 fronts followed by 100,000 backs (turning the sheet midway) equalling a run of 200,000.

Printing both sides in a single pass results in an actual run of 100,000 halving the production time - resulting in a faster turnaround

We also have a two colour Heidelberg 74 and a six colour Heidelberg 52

Imagecontrol. Heidelberg ImageControl allows us to have a measurement system outside the press.

By scanning a sheet we can break the image down into more than 160,00 measurement points, up to 5,000 points per ink zone, and then compare it to the original image.

The ImageControl computes any difference between the two images, fine tuning the individual ink zones of each printing unit, and then off to the printing press.

ImageControl is connected to our pre-press studio using Prinect PrePress, our latest imposition and proofing workflow system.
